    Returns Policy and conditions:

    If you are returning your item back to us, we request that the item is to be sent back in its original box and packaging along with all accessories and parts, the item must be returned in new or unused condition in order for us to provide a full refund for the order.

    In the event of a return, it is up to the buyer to pay for the returns process, we recommend returning the item under a tracked service to avoid any discrepancies. Further more we suggest packing the item in a protective bubble wrap to keep your return valid (no damages).

    Refunds will be sent within 14 days from the return of your oven when your item is inspected for damages or missing parts.

    Please note after you have been refunded it may take 3-5 days depending on your bank before it shows up into your account.

    Our warranty is limited to 1 year (365 days) on delivery date.

    Within the year of warranty you are eligible for repairs and replacements of our mini tandoor oven and its parts, as a result of faulty assembling mechanics.

    When using our tandoor oven for cooking it can be normal to expect some ware after proglonged use for example 
    extended consistant heat may cause interal rupture or cracking within the oven window, these can be expected with any electronic items.  

    internal mechanical damages are covered witin the warrenty of 1 year on delivery date - dropping your oven or cosmetic damages are not covered by warranty as this is considered general ware causes.

    If you feel you didn’t get the most out of your NaanoO oven you can still contact us to see what we can do, we’re always willing to help and grant high customer service in line with our policy's.
