Shipping Policy
Naanoo Element V2 is shipped out from our UK warehouse and sent via tracked express delivery service and should be with you within 1-3 Working Days. Delivery Outside Mainland UK will incur additional Cost and will take around 5-7 days, All orders are sent out on the same working day.
Warranty Policy
Thanks for choosing NaanoO to provide you with the essential tandoor equipment, we make sure to keep our limited warranty issues process as fast and as simple as possible.
Our warranty is limited to 1 year (365 days) from the date of delivery.
Within the year of warranty, you are eligible for repairs and replacements for our mini tandoor oven and its parts, as a result of faulty assembling mechanics.
When using our tandoor oven for cooking it is normal to expect some wear after prolonged use, for example, extended consistent heat may cause internal rupture or cracking within the oven window, which is normal to expect with use.
Internal mechanical damages are covered within the warranty of 1 year from the date of delivery
Cosmetic damages and defects due to accidents are not covered by warranty as these are considered general wear causes.

Returns and refunds

Returns Policy and conditions:
If you are returning your item back to us, we request that the item is to be sent back in its original box and packaging along with all accessories and parts. The item must be returned in new or unused condition in order for us to provide a full refund for the order.

In the event of a return, it is up to the buyer to pay for the returns process we recommend returning the item under a tracked service to avoid any discrepancies. Furthermore, we suggest packing the item in a protective bubble wrap to keep your return valid (no damages).
Refunds will be sent within 14 days from the return of your oven after your item is inspected for damages or missing parts.
Please note after you have been refunded it may take 3-5 days depending on your bank before it shows up in your account.
